Kylie Rymanowicz & Matt Nolan
Kylie Rymanowicz is the Content Manager at Hatch Early Learning where she develops educational content for early childhood technology solutions. Kylie has a bachelor’s degree in child development and psychology from Central Michigan University, and a master’s in family life and youth education from North Carolina State University, where she focused on parent education. Kylie is a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations. Kylie began her career working in the classroom as a preschool teacher and has also worked as a parent educator and a coach for parents of young children with developmental delays. Prior to Hatch, Kylie worked as an extension educator where she conducted research, developed educational content, and delivered educational programs to parents, childcare providers, and families.
Matt Nolan is the Senior Product Owner for IgniteTable at Hatch Early Learning where he has been developing research-based solutions for kindergarten readiness for the last 18 years. Matt is a charter member of the Product Innovation department at Hatch and has played an integral role in the development of all their award-winning technology solutions to date, including TeachSmart, iStartSmart, WePlaySmart, Ignite, and most recently IgniteTable. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in fine art and design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He started his career in web design and electronic marketing but quickly discovered his love for creating life-changing products for children and transitioned to product innovation over 15 years ago.
